Delivery method 

Oh yes, didn't we tell you? We want receiving a My Tennis t-shirt to be as easy as a long backhand for Novak Djokovic. Your time is precious and we take good care of you.

As a result, all these flat items are sent in an envelope that fits into a letterbox. And yes, there's no need to wait 45 minutes in line at the post office, or worse, a whole day waiting for the deliveryman. The good news is that delivery is always tracked in France. You can track your parcels by e-mail and SMS! 

 

Manufacturing and delivery times 

The first thing you need to know is that each piece is made to order. Why do we do this? Well, simply to protect the planet 🌍. The aim is to limit stocks and, above all, to ensure that we don't over-produce unnecessarily. Raw materials are precious. 
So it takes us about 2-3 days to produce and ship your order. Then the post office does the rest, but it's pretty quick:

• In France the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
• Within the European Union* the delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.
• In the rest of the world, the lead time is 5 to 10 working days.

 

Delivery rates 

Free delivery to addresses in mainland France for orders over €60.. Below this amount, shipping costs are €4.5. To give you an idea of shipping costs, here's an overview for the purchase of a T-shirt:

• Metropolitan France: €4.5
• European Union: €8
• Rest of the world (United States, Maghreb, Asia, etc.): €9.90
